Great customer service. I had organised my old car to be picked up for scrap value. Phil the tow truck driver was delightful and the transaction was painless. Thanks for the quality service.

A great place to go for all car parts....Very reasonable prices....$2 entry each person who wishes to go into wrecking yard...Take all your tools you need and a pair of workboots and you are ready to roll...Quite the experience if you have never been....Good layout of cars ...All itemised in their make and models in sections.....with good signage.

Rang on our way there about a car they had in stock according to there website and they told me it was in stock when we got there the car wasn’t there like they had told us

Found the part I wanted (coolant reservoir lid), attendant didn’t even make me pay for it, so only had to pay the $2 entry fee. Absolutely no complaints!

Went to the elizabeth service centre yesterday looking for parts for my car, I managed to find everything i needed. the ladies behind the counter where incredible with thier service as i have very little car knowledge and helped me get everything sorted i even left my tool box behind and straight away theu called me informing me of my error ill dedinitly be back again 😀 managed to save myself a small fortune getting the parts i needed as my car is not a very common model at all.

Great selection of parts, grabbed all the parts to fix up a Ford fiesta that was hit by a kangaroo last night. Grill, passenger side head light, passenger side indicator assembly, drivers side indicator assembly, head light surrounds, clips, globes and screws. Total cost $97 plus an hour to remove the parts. Car is fixed and driveable. Sure the paint colour doesn't match, but it looks kinda cool :-)

Costumer service was pretty bad and rude. This happened on Easter Monday at 11am. I asked if they have a certain model car. A woman whose voice sounded pretty old asked me back if I checked the stock list. I said "No" because when I checked it last time it was not updated. That was why I firstly asked if they have parts of a certain car; if they have the model, I would drop by or at least check the stock list. But unfortunately when I was trying to appeal about the stock list not updated last time, she even said (with an upset voice while having a conversation) "Can I finish?" - that was pretty rude to a costumer wasn't it? I'll buy a new part or just walk to a wreckers to get one already ready to go. No more trying at u-pull-it; it's wasting of time and stressful.
